Layout Description:
Large triple deck railroad located in Tennessee with (our version) of Nashville. Modeled portion of the railroad is Bowling Green, KY to Columbia, TN. Combination of double track and single track with passing sidings. There are 2 large yards, a middle sized yard, and a large passenger terminal on the railroad. There are 47 Staging tracks with 6 railroads represented on the layout.
Dark territory is dispatcher controlled using TT/TO. Wireless NCE for control and phones for commo. There are approximately 70 trains on a 24 hour schedule. Operating sessions run from 5 to 6 hours long with crew taking their breaks as they want to, throughout the session. Fast Clock runs at about 1.5 to 1.
NOTE: the only day the railroad will be open is on Sunday (10/11) between noon and 4:00PM.
