Description of Layout:
The TG is a 13′ x 24′ double-decked freelance/proto railroad set somewhere in the PNW. There is staging in an adjoining room. It runs BNSF equipment circa the year 2000, with occasional UP intermodals and Amtrak for variety. The layout features single-track mainline running with several towns enroute for locals to switch. Staging is in a separate room. Trains that are run include through freights, locals, coal, ballast., Amtrak, and UP intermodals. The layout has one main yard and an industrial yard. Access will be through walkout basement which will include descending a small grassy hill around the back of the house .
